To Do List if you're happened to visit Florida
Disney World
It is the world's most-visited entertainment resort. Located in Lake Buena, it includes four theme parks, two water parks, 23 on-site themed resort hotels, two health spas and physical fitness centers, five golf courses, and other recreational venues. The resort was inspired by the dreams of Walt Disney, who wanted a theme park on the East Coast to supplement Disneyland in California (Disney World's Magic Kingdom was designed similarly to Disneyland). However, Walt envisioned Disney World to be much different from Disneyland's one day visit. This included entertainment, uniquely-themed resort hotels, and a much wider variety of sports and recreational opportunities. In fact, Walt's original plans for the Florida property were far more ambitious: he also wanted to construct a real planned city of approximately 20,000 residents(!).
Key West
Florida has its own little "Caribbean" island. And there’s really much to do and see here: you can visit the Ernest Hemingway Home, call at an Art Gallery, go fishing the same inspirational waters that the greater writer fished or just hire a schooner and sail where you wish. And surely visit Duval Street - there is so much to do that you could spend two days here alone. Whether it's shopping, dining, or dancing the night away this where you'll find what you're looking for. At night, Duval is a carnival that lasts until dawn, similar to Bourbon Street. It is home to such famous name bars as Sloppy Joe's, Hog's Breath Saloon and the legendary Captain Tony's Saloon, a local favorite, is the oldest bar in Key West.
Miami
Miami is a major center and a leader in finance, culture, media and entertainment; it is known for its spectacular nightlife, fine dining, Art Deco area, trend-setting design influence, annual hosting of MTV award shows and - of course - its beautiful beach.
The city is home to numerous museums as well. These include the Bass Museum, Coral Gables Museum, Frost Art Museum, Historical Museum of Southern Florida, Jewish Museum of Florida, Lowe Art Museum, Miami Art Museum, Miami Children's Museum, Miami Science Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art, Vizcaya Museum and Gardens, Wolfsonian-FIU Museum and the Miami Cultural Center, home of the Miami Main Library.
Fort Myers
It is a place for people who love the outdoors. There are many trails, both in and out of the water, to follow and explore. The wildlife in Fort Myers makes for some great picture taking. So if you're into hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, water skiing or simply relaxing on a white sand beach, Fort Myers is the place for you! Emerald green waters and sugar-white sand make up the main attraction to the island of Fort Myers Beach. Dubbed 'the world's safest beach' because of the gentle waters, this area is known for small waves and calm seas; it also has gentle slopes and sand bars in the waters near shore. The community of Fort Myers Beach is made up of Estero Island and its sister island, San Carlos. It used to be a remote stretch of green, edged with sand and accessible only by boat. Today, there are more than 30 beach access points that are marked with colorful beach access signs that take you to developed, as well as secluded, pristine stretches of shoreline, many of which are near restaurants and outdoor cafes.
